Genuine students and compelling articulators of music, Mightychondria is a band that pushes into new and exciting areas of the musical art landscape each time they write, perform, or critique their distinctive work. A potent blend of rock, jazz, & blues work to inspire movement while the introspective lyrics provoke thought within listeners. Live performances feature polished and intricately structured original songs with twisting melodies, forceful yet effortless improvisational jams & intermittent harmonies. The addition of vocalist, Brechyn Chace (of The Hello Strangers), has pushed the band into new musical ventures & venues including a headlining spot in 2011 at the prestigious W.C. Handy Blues Festival.  Supporting the originals is a list of ever-evolving catalog of cover songs done with an original spin. Mightychondria is a band that provides a unique musical experience each time they take the stage.
